I booked an appointment for October and was called the day before to say the office would be closed. Fine. I requested off work AGAIN and booked an appointment for today. 30 minutes before I am set to leave home I get a call stating I would need to see their sister company due to the office going through a transition and they wouldn’t want to start treatment then have to pause it. Something they had to have known well before an hour and a half before my appointment time. So again I lost a day at work only to not be seen and met with excuses. Terrible

I had an amazing experience at North Point Periodontics. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The office is clean and comfortable, and I was immediately put at ease. The Dr. took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and made sure I understood every step. During the procedure, they were gentle, patient, and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. The attention to detail and level of care were outstanding.

Dr. Scott and Brittany are honestly my favorite doctor/hygienist combo. They did work on my gums and it was a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and walked me through each step they will take for my surgery.

Dr Scott is amazing! He was extremely thorough during my consultation for an implant issue and did a fantastic job educating me about my situation. He is very personable and put me at ease immediately, as did his assistant and office team. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend him. Nancy Flanagan

The team was friendly, patient, professional and provided a detailed explanation of findings and a path forward. I will be scheduling care with Brittany and Dr Scott soon. Having this as my third inspection it was by far my best experience. Stay tuned for post procedure experience. The procedure went well and the results are spot on. I highly recommend this team!
